FAQ
How do you rate the condition of your items?
All of our pieces are carefully selected and quality-checked. Most items are in good to very good vintage condition, with many showing only minimal signs of wear.
As our collection includes vintage and pre-loved items, some natural signs of age or previous wear should be expected.
We always clearly note any significant flaws (such as stains, holes, or repairs) in the item description and aim to photograph them where possible, so you know exactly what you’re purchasing.
If you have any questions about the condition of a specific piece, we’re always happy to help before you buy.
Are the sizes accurate?
Vintage sizing can vary a lot between eras, brands, and countries, a labelled size 14 from the 1970s, for example, can fit very differently from a modern size of the same number.
Based on my experience working with and handling vintage clothing, I always include my recommended best fit in each description (for example, “best for a medium”).
If you’re ever unsure, please feel free to reach out for specific measurements or fit advice, I’m always happy to help.
For guidance, here’s a rough modern UK size comparison for my listings:
